Meditation is not an easy task for
everybody. Your regular practice will give you peace of mind during progress.
It is no worthwhile to say that always have patience in getting the goal
achieved. This is universal truth of life.
There are 11 tips which will be very
useful for meditation:
Preserve: Regular practice without break is a key to success in
meditation. You are required to embrace it mentally and emotionally.
Morning Meditation: Always start your day with meditation
for at least 15 minutes. You will find most of your chakras working
Open-up: Try to open-up during mediation with both your palms wide
open. This will exchange energies in your body.
Forgive: Try to tell “I forgive, I forgive” regularly. Forgive all
the negativities in your life.
Candle & music: To have much more attention, use candles
and light meditation music for help.
Let-Go: Meditation is all about Let-Go. It will surrender you to
your inner silence.
Kundalini: Speak with your kundalini to get into
meditative mood. Talk to your kundalini, ask her to rise within and connect you
to universe.
Worries to Kundalini: Leave all your worries to your
Kundalini. Always say, “Kundalini I surrender to you. I leave all your worries
to you”
Sahasrara as the 6th sense: Try to remember your Sahasrara during
the whole day. Learn how to use your limbic area as the 6th sense
Stop thinking: Thoughts are not steady. They come and
go. Put your pure attention on top of your head (lymbic Area) and then watch yourself
in complete silence.
Meditate with others: Try to meditate in groups, seminars,
collective meditation, etc. In this area, your Kundalini is able to work more
effectively.
